About

We hire badly because we forget.

Jedah exists because the signal that would've caught a bad hire was already in the room — in the interview, the resume, the reference call — and it got thrown away the moment the meeting ended. We built the system to keep it.

Why we built this

Every team eventually develops its own interview methodology. That methodology lives in one person's head — usually the founder, sometimes the head of HR, occasionally a senior interviewer who's been there since week one. When that person leaves, the methodology leaves with them. New hires re-learn what good looks like, badly, for a year.

The signal that would catch a bad hire is almost always in the interview. The candidate evades a follow-up. The work history doesn't match the company stage they're applying for. The "leadership" story is actually individual contribution. But human memory is lossy — 73% of interviewers can't remember specific candidate answers 48 hours later. The decision gets made on a feeling.

Jedah is the system of record for that signal. Every interview scored against a calibrated rubric. Every outcome (offered, declined, hired, good_hire_6mo, bad_hire_6mo) labels the training corpus. Every new interview sharpens the model. By month six, the AI matches your most-experienced interviewer's intuition. By year one, it surfaces patterns no individual could see.

Who built it

Jedah is a product of Twenty Holdings, founded by Peter Allgood. The product is built on two established interview frameworks — Lou Adler's 10-Factor model + Dennis Wood's Human Potential Framework — and operationalizes them with AI.

Dennis Wood (Head of HR at Healthy Together) contributed the calibration interview corpus that grounds Jedah's scoring. The four exemplar interviews in the training corpus — Julian Flavin, Tuyet-Van Huynh, Peter Yom, Simon Townsend — were all conducted by Dennis at Healthy Together between April and May 2026.

How we hire

We hire using Jedah. Every candidate goes through the system; every interview is scored; every outcome labels the training corpus. The product gets sharper because we eat our own dogfood.

Open positions: email us. We're hiring engineers, a designer, and a first GTM hire. Process is fast: take-home (3-5 hours, paid), two video interviews scored in Jedah, a reference call, a paid contract project (1 week). Total: under 3 weeks for most candidates.

Where we are

Twenty Holdings is a remote-first US company. Our infrastructure is in US-East. We serve US + Canada today; EU + UK are on the 2026 roadmap, dependent on EU AI Act guidance for graded interview scoring. Security + compliance details if you're vetting us.
